Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, All Private Suites, Open Suites and Outdoor Boxes can be taken without Food and Beverages. Simply select an uncatered option when selecting your hospitality space.

Payment can be made up front or through a payment plan (seasonal only). Payment options include EFT (seasonal only) and credit card. If you would like to proceed with a payment plan please email eels.commercial@parraeels.com.au

Payment can be spread throughout the season but 25% must be paid before the First Eels home game.

Parking is extremely limited at the stadium and dependent on the Seasonal Hospitality
Option selected and number of tickets purchased.  Your Account Manager will advise you of your allocation after your seasonal purchase has been finalised.

Commbank Stadium is fully accessible, with lifts and wheelchair seating available on all levels.

Our Hospitality team will contact you within 1–2 business days to help select your preferred games, confirm availability, and assist with any questions. Games are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and must be confirmed at least one week prior to the match. Catering options are available at purchase, with catering able to be added later to uncatered packages (subject to availability). If a preferred game is unavailable, alternative options will be offered. Full details are available via our Help Centre.

If you require a tax invoice with your hospitality purchase, you will need to email eels.commercial@parraeels.com.au and quote your Shopify Order number and a tax invoice can be generated and emailed to you.
