1. Auction Rules & Changes

• Rules may be updated at any time, including on a per-item basis, up until an auction ends.

• The Eels Official Store reserves the right to update auction terms, conditions, and listings without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to participate in auctions.

3. Registration & Bidding

• You must create, verify, and log in to a Eels Official Store account to place a bid.

• Registration requires a valid email address and phone number.

• All bids are final and cannot be withdrawn.

• Bids must follow the set increments (e.g. $20, $50, $100).

• By placing a bid, you are committing to purchase the item at that price if you are the winning bidder.

4. Types of Bids

    4.1 Maximum / Proxy Bid (if applies)

• Set the highest amount you are willing to pay.

• The system will automatically increase your bid in set increments up to your limit.

• You may increase your maximum bid, but you cannot decrease it.

    4.2 Standard Bid

• A one-time bid that becomes the leading bid if higher than the current amount.

• Example: If the current bid is $200 and you place a $500 bid, $500 becomes the new leading bid.

5. Auction Closing & Winning

• Auctions typically close at the scheduled time or shortly after the last bid.

• The Eels Official Store reserves the right to adjust closing times.

• The highest bid at the close of the auction wins.

• If the winning bidder’s payment fails, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder.

6. Payments

• Winning bids will be sent an email to complete their payment before being able to claim their auction product.

• A valid credit card may need to be provided before placing a bid.

• Bids may be charged at the conclusion of the auction, refer to each auction listing for details if this applies.

• You authorise the Eels Official Store to charge your nominated method.

• If payment fails, you have 48 hours to complete payment before the order may be cancelled and offered to another bidder.

7. Buyer’s Premium & Shipping

• A Buyer’s Premium (e.g. 5%, 10% or more) may apply, refer to each auction listing for details.

• Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout, refer to each auction listing for details if payment is required.

• Items are shipped individually, combined shipping is available on request unless item is collected in person.

8. Refunds & Cancellations & Gift Cards

• No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless an item is unavailable.

• If a cancellation is approved, the Buyer’s Premium may still apply.

• Gift cards cannot be used for auction purchases.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Collusion or communication between bidders to manipulate pricing is strictly prohibited.

• Spam or unsolicited communications to other users are not permitted.

• All users must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Orders & Delivery

• You must provide an accurate delivery address.

• A signature may be required upon delivery. If unavailable, the item will be redirected to the nearest post office for collection.

• The Eels Official Store is not responsible for loss or damage once delivery has been completed.

• Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

11. Retained Payment Information

• By registering a payment method, you consent to the Eels Official Store securely storing your details for future use.

• Your stored payment method may be charged for future auction purchases unless updated or removed.

• You can update your payment information at any time.

• Your account login credentials acts as your authorisation for transactions.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Eels Offical Store and its team harmless from any claims or costs that result from:

• Your violation of these terms

• Your misuse of the site

• Activity from your account, including by others using it
